In this role, you will report to the CEO, interface with other Leads, ITOPS, DBAOPS and oversee a group of support engineers involved with Development, QA, Automation, Release Management and Customer Engineering Support.
The DevOps closely coordinates with:
– the CSM Team to jointly plan product releases,
– the PE group to provide DevOps support & facilitate CI/CD operations,
– the Onshore Product team to ensure quality, compliance, lifecycle and other business standards & processes are satisfied and As the leader of the group, you must provide both technical leadership as well as perform managerial roles to empower these teams.
You must coalesce the Quality, Compliance, Automation, IT & Engineering Support needs of various stakeholders to provide technical direction to the group’s engineering teams and optimize execution efficiency & effectiveness.
Your performance will be measured using the following metrics:
– Platform stability, uptime and CSAT
– product release efficiency & quality,
– continuous improvement and project milestones and
– overall stakeholder satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
– Champion group-level objectives, including:
1. DevOps principles & methodology
2. Product & service quality
3. Automation & reproducibility
4. Supportability & maintainability – Oversee DevOps & IT strategy
5. Platform reliability and extensibility/scalability projects
6. Consult on IT infrastructure & Lead DevOps improvement projects
7. Establish a proactive information security posture – Oversee all Engineering support activities
8. Lead and Triage any P1 and P2 Incidents o Follow up on complete life cycle of all incidents including sign off on RCAs
– Work collaboratively with other stakeholders to plan product, service and feature releases:
– Group budgeting, prioritization, risk management – Manage team leads directly reporting to you

Job Description : We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to support cloud deployments. This role requires a self-starter who is adept at solving problems, is a collaborative teammate and an effective communicator at all levels within an organization.
Job Responsibilities :
– Collaborate with Software Development teams, Product Managers, and Business Owners to ensure smooth deployment and operation of systems.
– Build CI/CD pipeline configurations to orchestrate provisioning and deployment of both large and small-scale systems.
– Automate tools to monitor system health and reliability to support business process requirements.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
– Communicate status and risks to the product teams.
– Help automate and streamline operations and processes.
– Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations.
Job Requirements :
– We prefer you to have a 4-year degree and have senior-level experience. To us, that means at least 3-5 years in a professional DevOps role.
– We believe you will be successful if you are capable of organizing and running projects from start to finish. You should be able to identify and complete tasks with minimal direction or supervision.
– 3-5 years Dev Ops experience required with preferred experience in a senior reporting role.
– Experience with AWS is required, other cloud providers are a nice bonus.
– A strong Linux or Unix background.
– Complete focus on security and mitigating risk through technology.
– Experience working with automation tools such as Puppet, Terraform, CHEF, or Ansible.
– Prior work with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, PostGres, MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, microservices, message queues and related technologies will be very helpful.
– Working knowledge of some form of CI/CD (Jenkins, TravisCI, CircleCI, AppVeyor, etc) is required.
– Know Git or some other version control and have experience in an Agile environment.
