Your Role and Responsibilities
Development of impactful and replicable Blockchain use cases, the offerings and the delivery of Blockchain services to Clients as relevant to business processes in Source to Pay, Lead to Cash, Record to report space and banking. Bringing cross functional IBM teams to lead workshops that define how the Blockchain use case aligns to their business strategy and determine the business value proposition
Working with market teams and customers in the development of Blockchain business opportunity and the in-charge of delivery of Blockchain services clients and industry experts either stand alone or integrated into wider IBM services, meeting customer expectations and contractual requirements
Designing & developing the business architecture of Blockchain solutions from a business functional perspective and constructing and owning the delivery model for the outcomes agreed
Ability to develop Prof of Concepts and repeatable delivery framework in various industry verticals
Understands key Blockchain market trends and the change for businesses they are driving.
Developing proof of concepts, solution collaterals, demonstrable assets and repeatable delivery framework in various industry verticals.
Translates Client requirements into Blockchain and technical specifications for the implementation of the IBM Blockchain and Hyper Ledger solution.
Deep understanding of the Industry or Domain area under discussion (like distribution sector), is capable of developing the Use Cases for Blockchain application independently and / or in consultation with the Client, and has ability to filter and select structured data and unstructured content that are input to a Blockchain system for establishment of system corpus
Champion SME in blockchain responsible for the technology vision of the practice.
Conceptualize and build demos showcasing business use cases of Blockchain relevant to the Client Bank’s business needs and vision.
Demonstrate Thought Leadership on Blockchain technology through approach notes for business use cases and white papers
Develop solution collaterals, demonstrable assets and plan proactive solution pitches working with Presales Team.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 20 years of overall experience and at least 5 years as a Complex Project manager
Demonstrated experience leading emerging/growth practices (Blockchain, AI, Digital Transformation)
Demonstrated experience of client outreach & technical leadership / eminence
Strong Product Management involving Agile Development, and Dev Ops
Subject matter expert in Technology Consulting with industry certifications on Cloud, and Blockchain. Solution experience will be good to have
Demonstrated experience as a Transformation leader for very large projects
Demonstrated experience in solving complex problems demonstrate simple techniques, build consensus and deliver value to organization
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
A qualified engineering degree
Ability to influence people internal/external customers, Operations and Finance partners

Roles and Responsibilities
Position : Blockchain Developer
Experience : 2+ Years
Location : Remote
Reporting to : CTO
Role & Responsibilities:
– Looking for a Blockchain Developer to create and improve smart contracts that improves the experience of a blockchain transaction, to explore and apply ethereum and solidity core concepts to improve the blockchain transaction experience in terms of inclusion time in the next block, transaction fee and gas used.
Desired Skills:
– Experience in contributing to the architecture, design, and development over Ethereum i.e. Smart Contracts and ERC20 tokens along with deep understanding of EVM
– Experience in development on non-EVM based blockchains will be a plus
– Experience with Blockchain architecture design patterns and supporting infrastructure
– Experience delivering end-to-end solutions (Life Cycle for infrastructure including SDLC)
– Experience developing crypto wallets and crypto exchanges will be a plus
– Experience in integration of blockchain technology with Backend server & APIs using Node Js
– Strong proficiency in Solidity and Node JS.
